does it give the true vr view or just a cinema screen? does it enable motion controller depending on the game too ?
best vr mod i seen which felt like a true vr game was alien isolation on the mother vr mod
but i not sure about vorbx and its not really cheap just to try
It is a mixture of views. It can be cinema screen or right in your face. It was an iffy purchase for me. I use it for some games that will absolutely never get VR and it does work. But it isn't the same experience as actual VR because you are using a keyboard and mouse.
Plus you aren't guaranteed to get a good profile for a game that you want VR for, and then you have to tweak the view to your liking. Usually the developer of Vorpx makes the best profiles but there is only so many games they can make profiles for.
Also sometimes they will release a profile and a year later that game will get real VR. Like Skyrim. Basically if you have $40 to burn and know some games that you want to experience some form of VR in, you would get Vorpx. I'm not going to tell anyone whether to get it or not because I only use it when I play a select number of games and just want to add a different experience to it for a few hours.
Even with the filter on, the blob spiders are still very startling!
maybe had been better to replace spiders to ladybugs we will see on behavior which is normal and which is aggresive^^
but i keep the spiders anyway even if i got the biggest shock in my life when i have throw a rock on sleeping wolf spider never again doing that twice^^
Though this is just two peoples separate experience and not a solid base for and average.
Insta buy with VR support (the concept of the game is obviously perfect for VR)
Focus on developing the game as it is, then you can develop the book, the tabletop game, the VR version or whatever.

from 2.31% to 1.86%
Between 2% and 3% of steam users own VR. And from those, how many would buy the vr version of grounded? Yeah, tabletop game sounds much more viable
