BUG/Technical problems

My phone has disappeared from my inventory. I am not sure if it has been placed on the phone cradle. If it has it was not obvious.

I am struggling to get out of this situation and I presume the phone has an important part to play, but I can't find it!

**EDIT** Looking at the solution I do need the phone but it is no longer in my inventory.

I started from a previous save and here is the scene WITH my mobile phone so this is a definite bug.

My game now only works if I go in the steam/steamapps/common and run the exe. file from there.

Running it from Steam does not work today whereas yesterday evening it was fine.

Steam gives the error:

An error occurred while updating The Hand of Glory (missing executable) :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Hand of Glory\thog.exe

Obviously it does this because that file is missing, since it should be The Hand of Glory.exe instead of thog.exe

So, I continued my game from part 1, and it continued to part 2. Things went well, untill I had to use the laptop. It wasn't reset, so the tracker program was still open, and clicking on it, activates the 'we found the place' and to the swamp they go-stuff from part 1 (where then nothing is interactable). Its not possible to close the tracker, so the wifi is also unreachable.

Thanks for the message, we already discovered the problem and will fix soon! In the meantime, you shouldn't have any problem if you start the game directly from Part 2. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Dear Madit,

I seem to not pass further because of the bug in the part ii - whenever I am in Italy playing for the girl and there is this musculine guy washing his car - and I need to read him using the kinetic ability. When I try this on, she says - let's see what is behind these musles - and then I see 3 parts of analysis - that belong to the old detective in part 1!
(anxiety, tiredness, nervous trembling, ). The parts belong to old detective Burton - that Lazarus worked for in part I - and once I get past it (decision - accumulated stress) - the screen goes black and I am thrown to the Part I - where I need to get him a newspaper!

Could you pleease check this? As I am not sure how long this is going to take to fix, the save (if this possible to be shared) will be helpful right afte the kinetic analysis (but correct one),

IF it's a quick fix, let me know, thank you!

P.S. In her inventory when I am in Rome, she has the newspaper in part II as well from the very beginning - and make a comment to it - that I need to get it to Burton. May be this is also a part of the issue.

Resetting game, playing from the previously saved game or replaying parts of it doesn't help.

Thanks, we were already working on this problem! The fix is coming in a few minutes, you'll only need a savegame right BEFORE analyzing Beniamino!
