Is the game refusing to acknowledge mouse presses for them as well?

I keep wasting energy because the pulse never comes out and when it does its cause what what SHOULD have been a good one was a fail due to having to retime the press or sometimes it won't put the hand away, REALLY getting annoying and kind of ruining the game since I waste cells because of crap I can't control.

It's a bit hard to understand what you are having trouble with but here is how the arm works:
Right click toggles between:
1. Small aimed pulse that fires immediately when you Left click
And:
2. Large pulse that can be charged by holding down Left click for a while. But you can only reach Stage 2 with 5 Energy cells, which is needed to kill monsters.

If your issue is that the mouse isn't focusing on the game window you can change "Window mode" in Options/Graphics to "Windowed Fullscreen"

No I know, the game seems to not register my mouse press when trying to even bring up the hand for an m1 charge. I AM in windowed fullscreen, which could still be the issue if the 'fullscreen' portion of the window is failing to actually be fullscreen.

The game isn't correctly focused if you can see the windows mouse cursor in the game window. Try and change between the "Window modes" to see if something changes.

Also, you can try and rebind those functions to keyboard keys just to test if the problem is with the actual mouse or not

Well putting it to fullscreen fixed the issue so it seems that even when on borderless fullscreen there can be some mouse annoyances.

Hi Gabriela-Elicia! Sorry you got stuck. Make sure you have enough energy in the arm, then hold down the shooting-button for over 2 seconds (until the arm stops blinking) and then release it on the Wraith!
