Mouse Control

THIS PC MOUSE CONTROL CAN SUCKS MY ASS! :steamsad:

It's hard to piss me off with a game, but when the game doesn't fairly and brazenly follow my mouse movements, 10 TIMES! I get pissed.

I got so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tired of jerking my mouse up and down that I turned the difficulty down, did it help? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

It only reduces the number and complexity of QTEs.

God, I'm willing to drown someone in the well of the developers of this PC port myself

I got through maybe 10 minutes of it before I rage quit. The controls are SO clunky and frustrating.

It doesn't even properly support regular Xinput based (xbox style) controllers, you need to manually tweak the controller settings so that the diagonal thumbstick inputs are properly registered.

So yeah, it's a shoddy PC port, thank god i didn't spend much money on it.

Play it on PS3 emu instead

Yeah it is infuriating, I cant continue with this game it is making me incredibly frustrating. I cant refund it either as got it on a key site... but it was only a couple of dollars.

I think I have confused this game with another tbh as it wasn't what I was expecting
Haha, same here... made it to Father & Son so far and i already stopped playing two times now after getting too frustrated and annoyed. The controls and movements with mouse/keyboard are so clunky and unnatural, this spoils all the fun for me. Is getting a controller the only solution to play this game in a decent way? Or is it the PC port in general and the control device does not matter?

My breaking point happened when I was going through The Doc chapter again. If you remember there to untether yourself you need to direct your view and conduct QTE, and the ridiculous thing is that the first time I successfully saddled everything!
But in the second attempt mouse registration completely disobeyed to me and spoilt my mood to dust.
I just gave up playing, at least for now. Controls, camera angles, movement... its all awful... running around in circles like an i****t just to get somewhere or do someting is annoying. And i can't see myself enduring this for such a long game.

I have had to turn my mouse sensitivity right up so it passes me on quick repetitive mouse movements.
