Rotation Moves With PS4 Controller not Working

I've tried calibrating the controller trough steam, trough windows and I've tried deactivating it from Steam's general controller settings. It still refuses to aknowledge me r0tating the analog stick.

I have the same problem with my Razor Xbox One series X controller, it's suddenly started to happen from out of nowhere.

I have s tarted this game like a month ago, worked everything perfectly. This week I have tried to keep playing this game, and every move that needed a rotation movement from the R-stick is not working at all. For some reason an update from Windows or something completely broke the experience.

PD: I am using an XBOX One controller

you could follow the steps bellow to fix the problem:

1. Search for the game in your steam library;
2. Right click on the game;
3. Choose manage option
4. Control Configuration
5. Right Axis ABS
6. Addiotional Settings
7. Search for Inner Dead Zone and put at minimum;
8. Search for Outer Dead Zone and put ar maximum.
9. Choose option Back, Back again and OK.
10. Open Heavy Raind and see if everything is OK.

I fixed it by disabling steam controller support in the game's own Steam parameters. I then had to plug the controller in via USB.

This worked like a charm for me, just in case some are still having this issue. (Im on ps4 dualshock controller)

THIS WORKS! Add the info: You have to di this in Big Picture Mode, in the normal desktop mode this specific setting is not available (for me at least...).

A real bummer - Was working fine when I last played it. This hit me out of nowhere and really messed up my story progress. Characters getting shot, killed, wounded, unable to sit in chairs. Not sure I want to keep playing with the damage done, since I can't really reload.

I recently got the game and couldn't work out why I couldn't do the rotate actions properly. This fixed it! Thanks a lot.
