Wired control?

Using my wired pc controller and and when I get to the part in the very beginning where it says shake controller from side to side I cant do anything. I went to control options but there isnt anything to change to wired control or anything to help. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you.

i have the same problem been trying for months to fix this problem with steam input but no luck ... do you have a controller with montion sensors ?

No. Just a regular basic pc controller. Dont have a clue why they would even make this such a thing but its rediculous. I mean lets focus on some stupid control option (which isnt even an option to change) and make people hate this game like I do now. Rediculously moron devs or whoever. Detroit Become Human has great controls sadly there other 2 games are garbage now because of this issue.

i agree totally i mean ... dont remember completely but was there not like to diffrent versions for ps3 one with motion and one with no motion ?

but its the same with beyond 2 souls ..have not tryed detroit becoming human to a point where i need motion

No motion at all in Detroit. They should have only made that game because they ruined the rest. Not seeing a fix and obviously they dont care to have any support for this garbage.

iagree i understand the hate its stupid of the devs beacuse it forcses you to buy a ps4 motion controller to play this game ... and even so im running this in proton linux so its abit hit or miss for me when stuff works

Its just another game I wasted money on thatl be going to the uninstalled hidden list. Sadly there are more garbage game devs then there are any good games made anymore. Can only hope that this company and the others like it go bankrupt and shutdown like all the crap ones before it.

i think the motion control sell pitch was good for its time but when they port games they need to make it so you can play with a normal controller or else do not port the game to pc that simple this game and the beyond 2 souls had a really bad port when it comes to controls im looking mybe in to buying a ps4 controler to play these games

If the useless ass people couldnt even make the port rite then I really dont even care to play it. Devs are garbage and by proxy so is this C#*&^%$g game. Steam really need to go back to the way it was years ago and only let good products on the site for purchase. Sadly steam is garbage as well now.

but years ago we didnt even have gamepad support ?? XD but i agree there was better games before motion control .. but still i hope they fix this in the future with motion emulation for steam input .. now there is no opirion for that

There will never be a fix for this, and unless someone pays steam to go through anything like that then the money hungry garbage site could care less because there will always be suckers out there to buy broken garbage games like the other 30 thousand broken ones that steam let on there site. They dont care in the least about any of us. So happy there are other game sites out there . Never had a problem with EA or Epic. Steam is like the garbage super nintendo of game sites rite now.
