Does steam version include the DLC?
I played the Heavy Rain when I was a child, and I remembered there was a downloadable content "Taxidermist" on PS3 version, but I didn't have enough pocket money to buy it. So I bought the remaster version on PS4 after I grew up, but there is no DLC on the PS4 version. I wonder if steam version include the DLC?

No, it's a PS3 exclusive.

You can watch it on Youtube but it's not the same as playing - maybe write to devs about it?
