I'm here for the music and am not disappointed. Patterns are a joke though. I'm not a great player, but I was able to score a few sight-reading Perfect Plays. Considering that I keep failing at 2* "A Lie", scoring sight-reading Perfect Plays on new patterns should be telling about the difficulty of this collection of songs. But like I said, I enjoy the music very much.

A valid opinion, though given the popularity of DJMax back in South-Korea your post of defiance is kinda pointless. Neowiz can more or less start price-hiking and it wouldn't matter in the slightest in it's home-country.

I can only blame the players who made them keep up with these scummy practices by buying and buying more of these trash MTX from Neowiz. It is crazy nowadays to think that a paid game has a premium season pass, but whatever. Then they added premium music for those who buy the pass as well, selling overpriced cosmetics from previous passes in the store with "RP," and now there's a pack with no effort at all without a BGA for each song to save money on a full DLC for each game where this song comes from. Keep buying; I want to see the next scummy practice they are going to implement.

no achievements for this pack? a little lame. For 10 dollars i can bear with no mv's or no unlockable plates and stuff but achievements would have been so easy to add. The idea here isn't bad, but the price is pretty steep for what it is.

For anyone wondering. Getting max combo doesn't unlock the music video in the collection so if you wanna make a playlist to just hear the songs without playing you are out of luck unless they patch it in at a later date.

And the irony of this being a playlist style dlc is not lost on me.

I wonder if they'd make more money turning everything into DLCs so, at least players have some sort of guarantee that content will remain later on. I'm more worried about that than the content itself. I also assumed that you could slowly get RPs if you bought a season pass for retention reasons. I was wrong. I guess we'll see if some adjustments will happen in the future. There's many ways to approach this after all.

DJMax DLC is not like other game DLC. You have to download everything for the game to run, even DLC and cosmetics you don't own in order for every copy to work in air mode and online. Everyone's copy is identical; the DLC on the steam page only act as keys to access the content you already downloaded. It's approach to accessing content has always been closer to that of an MMO than a traditional game so it doesn't really matter where you buy it.
