2. I am no stranger ot this, it's the same in Muse Dash - tons and tons of songs, and if you want to unlopck them all you need to repeat everything a few times over - which gets boring super fast.

You can unlock literally everything ingame, that's half the fun of the game is the challenges and completing the collection.

thew point of a rhythgm game is to get the best score, not unlock the base tracks in the game =--= by your logic buying a copy of guitaro hero satisfies itself without even playing it once, since you already unlocked all the songs.

I'm not arguing why they made this an OPTION for you to buy songs; I'm purely saying it's convenient because people do like DJMAX but they can't play as long as the DJMAX team would hope. Saying it's anti-consumer or not is a whole other can of worms.

I beleive the context on my example fits fine. beat saber comes with songs with the base game, with additional songs as DLC. that is fine. it does not lock the songs behind an arbritrary unlocking system. if you want to play a song that sounds fun to you. go for it.

Saying that paying for it is a convenience is ridiculous. Its an issue they created themselves and the only solution to this issue is one they are profiteering from.

This solution could easilly be a free option by having all the songs available. if its availailble for a fee, why not for free? its literally making songs available, that the player has paid for.

The fact they are selling it is disgusting and using the reason of convenience is supporting this anti-consumer practice.

Alternatively you can play AIR Mode, turn off auto play, and leave it for sleep so in the morning you will get to level 99 and unlock all the songs.

The answer to your issue in particular is simple: don't purchase it. This purchase is an OPTION that you don't have to make. Me saying it's convenient is not ridiculous - it's a fact. It IS convenient for people who don't want to play or cannot for long duration/sessions.

You're saying "the solution could..." - but what issue are you addressing exactly? You're saying it's an issue they're offering this bundle for a price even though it's fully attainable through play? You can either play normally and get all the songs OR pay to unlock it for convenience. It's not too hard to grasp. You don't have to make this purchase.

You can criticize them that they're making this an option in the first place, but like I said I'm not arguing it so I don't know why you're making a big deal about it to me in the first place. I believe this is a convenient option for people to enjoy the game and want to play without having to sit for long sessions. That's all.
