Game Not Launching (Loading 1/14)

Is there a permanent solution to the game not launching, stuck at 1/14 loading. I played this game for 4 hours and now it refuses to open. I've managed to get it to open twice actually, but it then get's stuck at 75% loading after one song; another issue I've seen people struggle with.

I've tried:
Verifying game file integrity on Steam
Deleting the game's folder in %appdata%
Moving the game from my HDD to SSD
Updating my game drivers
Restarting my computer
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game (65GB download, how annoying)
Running the game as an adminstrator
Ensuring the game is allowed by my firewall

Can anyone else think of something before I get a refund and just go play FFR instead.

I am having the same and i am so happy that you started this thread. I have also tried turning off cloud save and re-downloading from there but it is still not working. Also having the same issue of when i make it through the loading screen, the song is stuck loading at 40%. I am desperate to get this game to work cause i like the game.

A goofy tip that's known to help a little is changing your PC or router's DNS server if you haven't done so already. Look up how to change your DNS to cloudflare DNS, google DNS, or another DNS of your choice.

It could be your Internet provider also blocking access like ShockdudeX said try to change to another DNS to see if you still have the issue if not then your provider is the culprit most likely, I had this issue a while back and had to talk to my provider about the issue.

I appreciate the help, but the DNS fix didn't seem to work for me. The specifics probably don't matter but I did try with Google and Cloudflare. Since posting this I have seen other posts online of the DNS fix resolving their issues, but it's not for me.

The last thing I want to do is talk to my provider so I will try anything up until that. Would a VPN do anything, if this is a problem establishing a connection to their servers.

Sorry it took so long to get back to this post, You could try a VPN but I honestly have no idea if that would work or not.

Got the same issue now, stuck on loading result screen to 75%, now I opened it again en it's stuck at loading 8/14
