Log in problem (HELP)

i keep getting an error while in the loading screen at the start. it always happen at 2/14 and it says:
Unable to log in because of the game data failed to load.
and the error code is vx3e408638-3

this is happening since i changed my pc to a laptop.

i tried changing my country in windows settings but it didn't work
reinstalling the game and changing the internet provider are also don't work.

if anyone can help me with this situation i'd be REALLY glad because i love this game

didn't work either... "it says game data failed to load" so i think the problem is coming from a file issue but i'm not sure because the files looking fine and i didn't change anything. i'm so confused

The only other things I can think of are your ISP or a firewall blocking Xign from working, Make sure Xigncode is allowed access If you know how to change your DNS try 1.1.1.1 or any other free one to test out if your ISP is blocking access.

You could also try a whole fresh restart of Steam by logging out and closing steam then open steam back up and log back into your account, These days most issues are ever from steams end but you never know.

didn't do anything. thanks for your help so far though. i'm still thinking some other ways

Sorry to hear none of these helped, Could it be something as simple as the laptop not having enough memory or space on the drive? does your laptop meet the requirements to run the game?

yes i'm sure i have the requirements for the game.
cpu: intel 13650hx
graphic card: rtx 4060
24gb ram and my ssd has 312 gb free space.
i'm gonna try downloading the game to an another ssd. i don't think this will work actually but i want to try
and i will write a mail about this problem to technical support. let's see wht they'll say.

Same here, I just bought the game and I can't even log in.

edit: everytime i restart, theres a new error code but the message and its getting stuck at 2/14 never changes. i also started to have this issue when i moved to a laptop, maybe the game is ip locked? also all 3 of us having the issue here are from Turkey, is this a server issue or are we banned?

I had this problem, just change the dropdown on windows where you set your "Regional Format (Bölgesel Biçim)" from Turkey to Korea before entering the game, you need to do this manually before everytime you enter the game.

If you can't see it on the dropdown it means you didn't download the language pack, first download korean language pack from windows.
