Is there a way to make the fall distance of the notes longer?
even with a 2560x1440 screen, the note area seems so fat and short for some reason. Is there a way to change this visually?

F10 brings up settings where you can adjust the delay of the notes + I think makes notes higher above the hit zone while - brings it closer I'm sure, You'll have to mess with the settings and test songs to find out.

i have the same res as you OP. not really an issue for me but try changing gears. some gears have slim look and borders which makes the space visually longer for notes to fall.

Well Respect V is based on Respect which based on old DJMAX portable series. They are too lazy to adjust Gear length/width for better experience on PC.

They should add in a 'audio sync' testing mode in that same option menu like in Project Diva games, so you can press buttons to the beat you hear and see how closely synced the input actually is.

Yeah, I've owned the PSP DJMAX series and the ratio seems to be the same, which is a bummer. I really wish we could lengthen that fall distance. It just seems like such a waste of screen real estate. I think Beatmania is a great example.
