Failing to proceed in game, Stuck in loading screen

as the title said, cannot proceed to the game
stuck in loading screen, there is no problem with the internet
and i try to change to another connection still cannot proceed
its been almost a month i have this problem
anyone know how to fix it?

I would do as Silbury suggested and uninstall and reinstall. If you have multiple drives on your PC, try a different drive too. It sounds like the issue is your PC isn't reading the files from what you've described.

Could be a bad drive (unlikely if your other games are working), corrupted files (most likely), or possibly even your firewall/anti-virus since xigncode 3 wants to scan your pc and could be flagged as a false positive, it's just their anti-cheat. If anything blocks that from scanning, the game would probably close. I'm not sure of the exact procedure for that, however. Maybe someone who's had xigncode errors can confirm or deny that.
