OK, I can see the requirements there. Some sadly will never get unlocked and some are just a matter of more time in game. Thanks.
Probably the hardest one is total score. You can find easy MX charts and grind those and the same goes for the button mode achievements.
The freestyle combo achievement is cheesable by design. You can disable persistent combo in the options menu (F10) and it will retain your combo when you enable it later. So all you do is play charts you *know* you can FC and disable it when you want to play normally.
If you break your combo in the middle of a song you can restart it and it will revert back to your combo before you started the song.
In addition to your advice about restarting the song to preserve combo, you can also go back to music select but you must always restart the song prior to doing that or you'll lose your combo when you go to change the song.
