It has only a few "true weeb" songs in actual Japanese, but if you don't mind Korean, there's a good number of anime style and cutesy songs.

You could try Musynx, it's on steam. I remember it having a few anime and vocaloid songs, and it's fairly cheap though I think you'll want to buy the dlc to have access to some of them, but the dlc includes everything. Just a little game that achieves what it attempts to do. 4k and 6k mode too, but it's locked to 60 fps if I remember right.

EDIT: NVM, reviews on this this is the easier toned down version of Future Tone. Blegh. Also the performance sucks, resolution goes down to 480p sometimes lmao where the PS4 can do up to 4K60

At least i can play Project Diva on a train trip, unlike with future tone lol

Android can emulate Project Diva and upscale textures natively to 1080p and tweak to play it at 60fps lol.

i mean, you can also just buy project mirai. Thankfully ive modded my switch and i can add the songs from future tone since it uses the same folders, and also make the graphics better since some dude in a discord chat made an optimized mod lol

that's actually pretty good if you can mod it. I have an unlocked switch as well so I know what you mean and you can also increase the clock speed while in handheld.

PS4 never had any exploits so no modding there.
