Any Custom Controllers Available?
Just coming back to the rhythm game scene to play this with friends. I find myself struggling with a lot of these songs even on easier difficulties. I think a lot of this can be contributed to me being used to playing Beatmania at the arcade where the button layout lines up with the tracks. I keep finding myself moving to the wrong row, or hitting extra keys. Tried playing Stepmania to see if I lost my touch and I still can AA extreme songs without issue. Curious if there are any controllers out there for this that work on PC. Two links I found for older products seem to not be in production anymore. Any information on this would be appreciated.

On a side note, are there any mods that exist to transform the 4 key field into arrows like DDR? That would be an alternative solution and I would be able to enjoy the harder difficulties at that point.

Not sure why that link's coming up dead. I can browse it just fine. What's actually on that site is rhythm game controllers.

The notable controllers would be the EZMAX, a beatmania-style arcade controller built for DJMAX Respect, and the K28, a keyboard style controller for PC, PS4 and Switch.

If you want upward scrolling notes like DDR, the "Reverse" Chaos modifier flips the screen vertically. There's also the more "blockier" noteskins such as "Don't Die" and "Groove Coaster".

a decent mechanical key board for PC, or gamo2 for consoles.

gamo2 is good, but don't buy at the first time you play DJMAX.
Custom controller doesn't make your skills better, do keyboard or gamepad first.

Don't be me spending $400 on midi fighters.

It's totally worth it but I'm not a musician in any capacity lol.

I can see myself using them as macropads for sims.
