Refund game bought in december

I asked for a refund of the game to my steam wallet, to buy the game at the normal price, but steam denied my request because I had the game for more than 14 days and more than 2 hours of game, because I bought it in December, what can I do ?

are you trying to refund because the early access price was more expensive that the normal price in your region?

yes, I filled it out, and they sent me an email telling me to request a refund for steam and then they say that I have the game for more than 14 days and two hours and I could not refund it anymore, if DJmax neowiz knew addition, why did they give a refund option? complicated

Send screenshot of Neowiz's email to Steam Support, I got reply, they are ready to do refund.

I just asked for the future dlc to be added to my account. I enjoy the game. Would rather keep it and get dlc than refund and buy it just a little cheaper but need to buy dlc later.

my problem was resolved, i like the game too, but i wanted the dlc V, you know

they never emailed me. I did the form and directly emailed them. sucks. but I bought the dlc. :P

just how it goes I guess.
