In game shop purchases

Have turned steam overlay on and off, have tried restarting, logged out and back in, nothing seems to be working to fix this message "Steam overlay and login required for purchases" when trying to buy any type of package in shop

Yeah I would take that as a sign not to buy microtransactions. Never support microtransactions.
