I think he's extrapolating that there's going to be a paragon next major update, and the next paragon ninja kiwi says they'll add is wizard. Unless the big 35 point O O update is just balance fixes and a new map.

well I don't know about the wizard is in the 35.00 but in two months it will come out because every major update has had a 2 month gap.

35.0 won’t be a major update. The first update of every year is never a major one, but a smaller one mainly containing a new map, hero skin, and a ton of balance changes.

Besides, an update needs to introduce a new hero, new tower, new game mode, new paragon, or a new boss to be considered a major update
