Whats best submarine tier 4 and 5 path

Depends on what you want aint it
One of them is support, one is anti-moab and another is even more specialized support

an all-sub strategy i like is Etienne, one sub at 2 3 0; 2 subs at 2 0 4 and one at 2 0 5. If there are more trails i put a dart at least 0 0 2 to cover what ET doesn't. This works almost everywhere.

The 5-x-x Sub is good support as it reduces all non-paragon ability cooldowns.
The x-5-x Sub has a strong single-target MOAB damage ability and deals significant damage to MOABs just coming in.
And the x-x-5 Sub is good for overall utility as it can give a buff to all the Subs in its range, or if you have the monkey knowledge, all subs on the map, good for maps with tons of water.
It just depends on what you need.

There's no reason to get a 5-0-0 sub. If you have that money, just get a 3-2-0 supermonkey.

Actually Energizer can be great at times. The quicker cooldowns for all towers is huge. But the increased experience boost for some heroes can be useful at times at least, and the 50% faster cooldowns for the x5x sub (in its radius allow for its First Strike and Preemptive Strike to hit twice as often), and the x5x bucs harpoons can make quite the difference. My 2 cents.
