The only work around I found is by going to social, then co-op challenge.

If it's also completed for you, then it might be someone used your account to do it for you, are you on a shared computer?
Also, you should be able to play it again, even though it says completed on the screen in the screenshot.

It seems like a bug hit some of us with the Daily Co-Op. I even shut down my VPN just in case that was it but I had the same thing showing. The workaround worked for me; that stinks that it didn't for you. I have no idea why only some people seem to have been affected, or why the workaround would not work universally.
I faced it whether I ran the game through Steam or on mobile. Very strange.
