btd6 making a new account

i have an account attached to this steam and have made purchases in it. i also am flagged because i got bored and modded. so if i make a new account and attach it to my steam will i still be flagged? if so how do i go about getting unflagged if possible. also would like to know if there is a way to restore in app purchases on the new account(like the legends, and my t5 beast handlers and such.) or am i stuck with a flagged account and am unable to restore the purchases on a second account?

I have had many of these shadow bans and double cash has always been available on my new accounts (sometimes a game restart is needed).

Never contacted support though because I don't care about progress and I despise NK - so you could try that.
