Feel free to check out the wiki; bloons wiki is indeed a great source for strategies.
Another tip, if I might, stay away from any sort on money generation.
You do not learn the game that way.
People place farms and just spam the track with tier 5 towers - you can win that way but you will be a nuisance on half cash, chimps and generally for players who want to go AFK asap.
For this reason I do not recommend Adora.
Sauda + alchemist carries you through nearly all maps with a single lane to wave 50+. Which allows you to easily farm monkey money for more heros.
I checked and he can only buff the farms you have to manually collect things on and I'm simply too lazy to use those
Do you not recomend adora because she's basically just a tier 5?
Alternatively you could use Etienne if you do not want to build stuff to detect camo.
Adora is nice if you want to build vtsg Adora.
Adora is however a farm hero.
The way players approach Adora is to press The Long Arm of Light or Ball of Light when they need an extra boost to survive the round.
But her best ability is Blood Sacrifice.
She has a 1.71 EXP level speed, that means even on an expert map with 1.3 EXP multiplier you would have to reach round 108 to get her to level 20.
So you want to utilize that skill and if you cannot afford towers to sacrifice you are missing an aspect of Adora and cannot play her to full extend.
Sauda is a low effort popular option. Hits cammo and their early ability drops thorns + kills lead with (imo) too low of a placement cost. Excellent early game option.
Obyn Greenfoot is one of my personal favorites but his real power is in how he buffs Magic Monkeys (especially druids.) Easily one of the best options if you ever try to really see how far you can go into late game. Most of them become functionally useless pushing past R200.
I will say while it does kinda come down to personal preference the game is not balanced well in some ways. Some of them are just objectively better than others.
Plenty of other heroes are fine on the way
I think the one who had the biggest noticeable boost in power was Psi but even then for people like me and the guy who made thread who are newer to the game, that power is total overkill for just beating the maps up to chimps. We're not going on 500 round streaks or anything
If being fine is enough for you just drop a Sauda and be even better.
But if you want to play the game as intended you level up Adora or not use her at all.
And every mode beside chimps can be done blindfolded, even by a new player.
That's a curious guy who wants to become better, please spare him with 08/15 approaches.
Co-Op community suffers from bad players and you cannot kick or communicate during a game.
Out of curiosity, how late are you willing to go in rounds before you manage to place him? He feels impossible to me on some maps and modes.
