Uninstall?

Is it finally safe to uninstall this game? I think the devs have finally understood that constantly adding achievements is despised by plenty of people. A lot of time has passed without any new achievements being added to the game so I'm assuming it's safe to uninstall.

If you only care about getting 100% in a game then come back when the devs stop delivering BTD6 content and moved on to BTD7.

There will be more achievements such as getting 500,000 Beast Handler XP and completing a quest which are features that are coming in the next update. (These were datamined from the game and leaked btw)

This is something I absolutely loathe. Instead of moving on to a new game, they keep on releasing pointless new content. Some game devs take it one step further and unleash a barrage of DLCs. No, I'm saying it's shady to force people to buy an extension for a game only so they can maintain their 100% achievement completion. Games that I completed years ago getting a new DLC and dragging me back to them isn't something I appreciate.

the game is often updated, with new content, it's quite rare especially for this price. ok some content are more or less re edition of previous contents, but I like a lot the daily challenges, bosses and conquest mode. also it's not an expensive game and has quite some replaybility to revisit certains tower or branches and combinations. I don't really care about the achievements to be honest. It's more like a bonus. You have 1600+ hour on it so quite decent for the price you paid I think :p

Because I'm a hostage. And sadly, I've become addicted to this game in a way. I could have deleted the desktop shortcut after getting all achievements for the 7th time but I simply couldn't. I need someone to do while eating foods that only require 1 hand.

You might want to take a introspective look into why you play video games if you feel like free updates (with achievements) make you react this way.

It's not about enjoyment anymore, it's about being done with a game that came out in 2017. I'm sick and tired of constantly crawling back to old games just to get some mindless achievements.

I actually agree that people should have a way to keep their 100%. yes only they care. but at the same point. only they care. it does not really affect me.
that said I do not think new achievements should no longer be added just to keep it.
