there's a lot of options as monkey meadows is the easiest map in the game due to the bloons crossing over a hotspot of the map numerous times

The easiest way to beat pretty much all beginner maps is just using primary monkeys. A boomer/glue/tack under a maxed out top path village can beat basically every single beginner map on chimps. Sauda is probably a good choice to use if you have her as a hero.

There isn't really a "best" way to beat CHIMPS on any map. If anything, the "best" strategies are those that involve the least micro, money spent, and generally will always win

Depends on if you play harder maps or only easy ones.

You can not survive maps like "Geared" without utilizing certain setups. Depending on patch changes where a single upgrade costs 150 more you can not even beat it with a previous setup which worked fine.

So no: there is a "best way" for certain maps, which you can not substitute without drastically lowering your odds of survival. Especially harder maps with multiply paths utilize multiple sniper monkeys you never touch outside of surviving the early rounds.
