Collection Rewards not working

For whatever reason, my BTD6 goes straight to the collect rewards and then it'll freeze. I can't move on past that.

even if thats the case, they were knocking off in about 7 hours since when the event dropped. which would only give them, at most 6 hours, even then with the info they had back then they could do nothing. oh and they dont work weekends

Well they need to sort it out because it's unplayable for many players right now.

so i was trying for a fix that someone else said about spam clicking the daily chest then going into odyssey, but after i spam clicked open my Daily Chest the collection event screen showed up again and im thinking

"Sh*t again?"

then the crate Shook and opened...
so its open now
didn't get to choose the 1/4 monkey tower things on the right, just straight up opened by itself

no idea if this helps people

I went on BTD 6 mobile and opened it up there, went into a game, then just loaded from the cloud and it was fixed.

Sadly, a bug with the collection reward is stopping us from playing the entire game.

Hopefully the dev will be able to fix it soon.

FWIW, this is what I did to get past it:

1. Disable network
   
2. Start the game
   
3. Start a map with a collection event
   
4. Play about half way through (level 40 on hard)
   
5. Exit the game
   
6. Enable network
   
7. Start the game (at this point it didn't show collection reward)
   
8. Load up saved game for half-finished map above
   
9. Finished game
   
10. When it went back to home screen, it prompted for the collection and worked. Mine happened to then prompt for another collection, presumably from the map just finished.

Obviously, your mileage may vary.

Hilariously, I posted similar advice like page or two back, but it is like nobody searches for solutions, only want to whine. Oh well..

Unfortunately I couldn't get this to work.
It always prompt the collection when run the game with network connected
