Monkey Sub Bloontonium Reactor

Do the first two upgrades on the bottom path of the sub still buff the Bloontonium Reactor? I see it was removed from the tooltip texts, but I cant find a solid answer as to if it was actually changed or not.

Answering your question (if you still want it) is yes. It buffs the speed which it uncamos and damages the bloons in it's range. It only not damages lead and DDTs without x-3-x village nearby.
