is there any reason to build middle path tack shooter?

so far ive seen 0 reason to ever build the blade shooter as ring of fire and tack zone are just so good

The ability is very strong. Some chimps strats use it, but mostly you only see it showcased in custom challenges.

when placed under Village, you can keep the T5 Tack ability up nearly half the time. It's quite impressive for the price, but kind of a pain to keep it going.

Think of it like this. x/3/x is like a poor man's ring of fire. x/4/x and x/5/x are very cheap, very low cooldown abilities which basically wipe the board. Its like a panic button that you'll have on hand more than anything else. You can pretty much spam it and it will wreck most waves.

you can get nearly full uptime if you add energizer and go bottom crosspath on the tack shooter (which adds extra duration to blade maelstrom)
