1. They will hit the same moab. the best way to avoid this is to go for the 4/2/0 crosspath and put one on first, one on strong, and one on close, which makes them more likely to target different moabs. Or you can give one an attack speed buff like someone else suggested to desync the attacks.
2. Acid pool is on a separate cooldown from the buffs, so it doesn't mess them up.
3. faster throwing makes him throw more buffs, yes. However, the other crosspath makes the buffs last longer. I'm pretty sure the 4/2/0 crosspath is better for buffing single towers and 4/0/1 is better for buffing multiple towers, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
