There is just no proper correlation between 90% of the map rewards/difficulty.
I got the map, doesn't change my perspective one bit.
Esp. fortified camo in... 28? or when it was... when you gained basically no money in between, makes it all the better.
Must know complete map beforehand = ♥♥♥ design.
In the way it's implemented here? Oh boy, do I have news for you.
I played BATTD before BTD6 and BATTD was already on the absolute maximum what I would allow before calling it a money-hungry ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.
But in BTD6? Rofl. I'd throw people in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gulag for releasing such stuff.
At least the farmer monkey in BATTD was a one time unlock.
It's always funny: I want to give money to devs, but once I find a battlefield of pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, that instantly goes away and I become Dagobert.
Before the next mega-r0xx0r comes in taunting "lul nub" - you pathetic weasel, I've played TDs since the internet was born. Hail Flash, WC3 mods and all that good stuff. I just have a sense for proper communication and balance in games, which you (and the devs) obviously seem to lack. Crap design like this is why we need EU regulations, because companies can't get their ♥♥♥♥ together and plaster microtransactions everywhere (and ones with GROTESQUE ratios to real world money at that).
2 words
1/1/0 sniper
or...
3/0/0 sub + any lead
0/2/2 wizard
2/0/0 alch + any camo
0/3/0 engi
2/0/0 spactory
2/0/0 ice
...aaaaand gonna stop you right there. You're not forced to do anything. Play it or don't; it's a choice.

The fact that CHIMPs mode is a thing required for full map completion should instantly point to how unnecessary MTX are. It proves that every map can be beaten with no help--not even Monkey Knowledge.
Pure. Skill. Issue.
No one cares about made-up pop psych nonsense.
