i dont ususally use either of those but probably plasma? transformation only transforms 5 monkeys plasma transforms 20/19? and can be buffed by top tree village

Plasma is stronger in bursts, if this is not a challenge there probably is a better alternative

Total Transformation. The moab damage makes it worth it.

total transformation can ignore LOS, PMFC cannot.
however, PMFC can affect more monkies, where total transformation only affects 5 within a strict limitation
