I think it would be very challenging to come up a Paragon from a money machine. At least I can't think how put together a normal mega-farm, a bank and a market.

Now that I think about it though, we don't really have anything that costs too much money. Often times I'm left with 4 million and there is nothing else to buy.

Most of the paragons are underwhelming. But I guess better than their Tier 5 Vers.
