ie, you get to round 63 and fail, your checkpoint is at r43
if you then keep playing but fail on round 44, your checkpoint would still be 43
I don't think any less than that would be healthy because you're getting closer and closer to that spammy save-scum gameplay. If the option exists, why wouldn't you use it? If its so easy to save-scum your way through the challenge, how much faster are you going to get bored of the game?
Significant Rounds (bold for actually important to memorize):
24 - first camo (only really important to know for CHIMPS)
28 = first lead
30 = 2nd lead (important only if relying on certain abilities to pop leads)
40 = first moab
60 = first bfb
63 = ceramic rush
76 = regrow ceramic rush (its just 63, but more hp and added regrow)
80 = first zomg
90 = first ddt (first moba-class with lead/black/camo properties)
100 = bad (moab-class with immunity/reduction to most debuffs, can't be insta-killed except via bucc paragon's activated ability)
Some strategies you may want to memorize a couple other rounds, but would basically all be before the first camo appearance, so its not really important to memorize it.
