The Issue of Double Cash Mode in Multiplayer

I hope I am not the only one who dislikes not having the ability to use double cash when people I'm randomly matched with can. It makes me feel like I'm not contributing, like I may as well tab out and do something else while the game essentially plays itself. And while this may be good for the people who just want rewards/completion/etc, I feel like its disheartening to those who want to play the game with skill and wit. I understand that it's the pay to win option, and seeing people who are using it in action is a great advertisement, but can we add an option for co-op game hosts to disallow random joins who have it enabled? Or at least an icon next to the names of those who are using it so we have the option to leave if we wind up in a game where someone's using it? Or am I just being a stuck up baby for not wanting to pony up and pay extra money to play the game on easy mode?

I agree it is annoying, but I think there is no solution that doesn't lose NK money.

I think it would be nice to be able to host a lobby and disable double money, instas and powers. I do find the people who join on an advanced/expert map and slap down a tier 4 insta to be more tedious than double cash, though.

Although I'm not really sure the player pool is big enough to merit the bother and given how many people seem to use some/all of them, I imagine most wouldn't care for it.

As someone who was not (in your words) "a stuck up baby" and was willing to "pony up and pay extra money" I typically don't use it just cause the shift to chimps is striking lmao. But sometimes if I just don't want to deal with something like achievement hunting the golden bloons I used it. I never really considered it in multiplayer, but can see how annoying it would be to others. I'll make sure to make a concerted effort to keep it off when playing multiplayer.

I only ever play the multiplayer challenges so I never even considered this.

^ this. Frankly I think this should be the default settings (cuz quickplay) and you should have to opt into it if you want it.

I tolerate it atm cuz what am I going to do when every other game has one dc player? To be fair though, they're usually not good players so it kind of evens out.

Just leave the game when people try to use stupid p2w. If you pay real money so you can beat a map in a children's game you have way worse issues.

Literally the least of issues this game has.
