The water monkey is a water based tower who excels in slowing down balloons or helping pop them.

Jellyfish Juggernaut: A giant jellyfish monkey with electrifying tentacles.
Tier one: Jellyfish Nebula: Releases 5 jellyfish onto the track who attack balloons.
Tier 2: Stinging Tentacles: Mini jelly fish Tentacles zap balloons with electric shocks. Main jellyfish Allows tower to share it's range (range is increased)
Tier 3: Jellyfish swarm: Mini jellyfish increased to 12, mini jelly's grow bigger (they do more damage) and balloons stung deal damage to balloons around them.
Tier 4: Subsonic waves; When a balloon is popped a wave pushes some balloons back up the track. Jellyfish (and the mini's grow bigger)(a.k.a they do more damage and attack faster) mini's is increased to 15.
Tier 5: Oceanic Wrath: Minis are no longer mini and deal the same amount of damage as the jellyfish monkey, (who grows a little each round from when you upgrade it) Waves push more balloons back and remove camo. attacks way faster.

Tier 1: Water Manipulation: Can move water towers between land and water. Throws sea stars.
Tier 2: Hydro-therapy: Sea stars release a stunning effect on nearby balloons when they pop one.
Some sea stars seek out balloons.
Tier 3: Marine Meltdown: Some times turns balloons into fish that act like bananas, Sea stars do more damage & seek out targets
Tier 4: Flood Control: Ability: Temporarily floods the track, slowing down balloons.
Turns balloons into fish more often & sea stars get bigger. (They do more damage and stunning lasts longer)
Tier 5: Tsunami Surge: Ability: Sends a massive wave forward, popping balloons and pushing them back. also turns all ZOMG and weaker balloons into fish. Sea stars to massive amounts of damage.

A wizard harnessing the power of water vortexes.
Tier 1: Reveling wave: Occasionally sends out a wave that removes camo, also pops weak balloons.
Rippling Waves: Creates ripples that push balloons back. Can see camo, pops more and sees farther.
Maelstrom Mastery: Summons a powerful maelstrom that goes up that track and explodes. Summons waves faster & they do more damage.
Tsunami Tamer: Converts balloons into water-based Animals that attack balloons. Waves are infused with this, waves last longer, do more dame, and explode when they run out of water.
Hydro Hurricane: Unleashes a devastating water cyclone. that goes up the track turning almost all balloons into higher class animals (fish, sharks, whales etc...) Attacks super duper fast and waves can go all the way up the track, does a massive amount of damage.
