Does the First strike and Pre-emptive strike ability from the sub give you money?

As the title says. Do you get money if you use the First strike ability and pre-emptive strike ability from the monkey sub on MOAB class balloons?

both interpretations of this question seems silly so:
1. no, it does not generate cash
2. yes, can give cash (if you pop a bloon with it)

yes. only exceptions to this rule that i can think of are xx5 alchemist which gives no money when it shrinks a blimp, and Benjamin's bloon trojan attack which makes blimps give less money overall.
