No, for many reasons. His speed and price is good, but bad damage. I would recommend using something like Ninja Wizard or Engineer, since they aren't too expensive, but at the same time very good.

Yes they're good until you reach round 70's, at that point they become cleanup crew and you are required to have other towers that can better deal with super ceramics and MOABs.

definitely not. The best is arguably the Sub, specifically the bottom path (Triple Guns). You get map coverage, can pop Camo, and very strong synergy with Stronger Stimulant.

Let's go Sub gang. It is very powerful though. I once beat a hard mode using 3 subs and I think 1 or 2 dart monkeys, with a glue gunner. All my popping power was in the subs.

There are great synergies like ninja & adora or ice & glue (top path), but sniper doesn't have any good synergy. Also he's good only on maps without many obstacles.

One of the t5 sniper upgrades (I think it's mid t5?) gives all snipers faster reload.
