i aslo have the problem but it may be your version is outdated so we more likely both need assistance so yea

have to wait until same version of game epic is usually a day or two after steam for updates

seems like a good reason to abandon the epic version and buy a key for steam, eighter at a sale or off a trusted 3rd party seller ;-)
