quest system
can i do that new quests in co-op? or only in single?

There's no option for co-op, so it's single only.

I do not see anyway to do quests in co-op. also quite frankly I do not know why you would want to do them in co-op. share money does not work well in a timed race. and the other two are tutorials telling you how to use towers.
