Possible issue with wizard paragon

No idea if there is something obvious I am missing or not, but I just made the wizard paragon, but he is not attacking anything at all.

I just had this myself, 1st time getting the wizard paragon, but he wouldn't attack anything.
Tried restarting and hitting an ability and nothing.

mine attacked like crazy at first, but as soon as I used an ability and it wiped his graveyard mana, he hasn't done much since then. you're supposed to be able to toggle to the low-damage beam to gain that mana back, but I can't figure out how to actually toggle it?? I've clicked a lot of stuff and nothing changes, and the graveyard mana never comes back. I can use his abilities still, and they technically trigger, but he doesn't seem to actually do any damage. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or I'm missing something or what.

*edit* correction, the abilities *will* do damage, but only very briefly, and then back to doing nothing/gaining no energy/seemingly targeting nothing. it definitely has a burst of damage for the abilities, but literally only for a second or two.

Same here. I used some abilities and i think they did damage, but the second his graveyard number hit zero he just stopped.
