So, about the upcoming content, specifically the next Paragon

First off: Yes, I am very well aware this is NK's game and they can do with it whatever they please. And I'm not saying "You should do THIS" but rather "It would have been a bit better if..."

So I've read the patch notes, excited about some of the new content, especially the monkey ace change and the new paragon. Which by the way looks really cool. I scrolled through and eventually stumbled across the upcoming plans for the game.

A new boss? Really cool, looking forward to it. New hero? Hell yes, I'd love to see what new ideas NK will bring onto the table. Geraldo was already a treat.

But the new Paragon... Sure, I'm excited for it, but why does it have to be another military monkey? The support branch by now has 5 Monkeys/towers available to it. Sure, it was treated nicely with the new beast handler. But basically, primary has 2 Paragons, military has 2 paragons, magic has 2 paragons (or 3 if you want to count the VSG) and support has 1 paragon.

In a way, the game already said "well, next paragon could very well be a support monkey." - Instead, we get a third military paragon and on top of that the last water-based paragon. I mean the top path is support, technically. Practically you know what I mean.

I honestly would have loved a monkey village paragon and have a powerful support on the field, instead of constantly having DPS monsters as a paragon choice. And to even out the numbers across the board.

But maybe I'm also the only one with that thoughtline.

You might want to double check that info. So far, the number of paragon is balanced among the categories. Again, don't expect 1 new paragon / week.

New Paragon - Monkey Sub: We've tagged sub as the next Paragon, so tell the Navarch to stop hoarding all the portable lakes!

Primary:
- Apex Plasma Master (Dart Monkey)
- Glaive Dominus (Boomerang monkey)

Military (including the upcoming monkey sub paragon):
Goliath Doomship (Monkey Ace)
Navarch of the seas (Monkey buccaneer)
Unnamed submarine paragon (Monkey sub)

Magic:
Ascended shadow (Ninja Monkey)
Magus Perfectus (Wizard Monkey)

Support:
Master Builder (Engineer)

I'm not talking about the current one.

It was long thought for a while that the next paragon would be a support, but instead it will be Military. I have no issues with that at all. In the meantime, NK could work on letting the Master Builder FINALLY support other towers

Makes no difference to me if the next background is green or yellow.
