Cant place monkeys on carrier flagship
does anyone know why? and i know about monkey sizes but i cant even place a sniper monkey or dart monkey on it

You place them specifically on either of the two helipads.

Also note, last I checked, if you're using small monkey mode, it seems that it breaks your ability to place monkeys on the helipads.

small monkeys make it so you have to go a bit north of where you think.
Plus some footprints don't fit--no matter what you can't put a Super on there
