the best skill tree is the primary skill tree since it has 2 of the best monkey knowledges in the game, specifically the free dart monkey and glue gunner and also more starting cash
For Heroes: Ezili can pop everything that a beginner WILL forget to compensate for and after you've learned how to do that Benjamin will cover for your poor budgeting skills until you get that down (or make it worse if pub CHIMPS is any indication but hey I believe in you specifically).
people will say stuff like just buy all of them and try it. you understand my point?
For Monkey knowledge:
A) top priority:
- Magic > Mo' monkey money (extra monkey money. As a F2P player, you need to get passive upgrades that boost your currencies as soon as possible
- Support > monkey education (more tower XP. the quicker you get the new upgrades, the easier it will be)
B) other good choices: (most needing lot of points investments)
- Primary > bonus monkey! (+1 free dart monkey.just a extra help to grind more early game)
- Primary > more cash (+200 starting cash)
- Military > big bloon sabotage (moab class bloons spawn with less health. great for mid-late game)
- Magic > mana shield (+25 "extra lives" that regenerate each round. this can allow you to grind more for more money generation early game, which make mid-late game easier)
- Support > farm subsidy (cheaper 1st farm, which mean quicker money generation)
- Powers > pre-game prep (1 placed road spikes at the end of the track. Essentially, it's extra lives, to allow you to grind even more)
- Powers > grand prix spree (lwoer monkey money cost while entering races. this is more usefull much later on, when you plan to enter races, because it allow you to spend less)
While unlocking them, try to figure out the MK that can help you improve your style (ex: do you favor snipers, cannons, wizards? ...)
sauda-carries most of the early maps
etienne- camos...what camos
ben- good for bosses
as for best monkey knowledge(if that is what you mean):
probably primary
primary monkey in general very strong and the late tier unlocks(free dart/glue and extra cash) are a massive benefit early game
but first you should get the mo monkey money(under magic) and monkey education(support)
if you want good tower upgrade suggestions:
buccaneer top(great early and mid game, also offers good support and extra space for late game)
boomerang mid(again-solid all around generalist, loses its support but has more late game damage potenital)
ace top(solid early game, sky shredder is amazing late game)
alchemist top(tier 3 and 4 offer great buffs, t5 is only really for bosses/post 100)
druid mid (t3 offers great group popping for its price, 4 is a slight upgrade, but also can give cash, t5 is amazing ceramic cleanup)
and for general tips:
a tier 5 tower is almost always better than spamming lower tiers
do not sleep on support and buffs
be mindful of the known scary rounds(63-3 tight groups of cramics, late 70s-ceramic spam again, but now with camo and regrow, 90-DDTs, 98-a lot of tightly grouped blimps, 99-fortified DDTs)
As for MK, one you certainly want is Mo Monkey Money. Because why not more?
i used guides just to light my way a little on how to approach things and stuff, i'm having fun playing, i'm just having a really hard time trying to do the events and stuff like the boss and odyssey, but because them are made to the expert players not for beginners so thats ok to me, i bought sauda and ben, and got some of the monkey knowledge you guys said.
i'm kinda wanting to try PAT, he seems awesome ahahahah
Sauda, Pat, Benjamin
sauda is like a tack tower++ that can see camo and is one of the few that can be bought right away in C.H.I.M.P.S
Pat can grapple ZOMGs/DDTs (provided he can see camo) and stun the splits afterwards, an excellent staller with a strong knockback
Benjamin can prevent splits and generate extra cash by existing, great for half-cash
Top 3 Monkey Knowledge skills:
literally all three in the final tier in primary "bonus monkey!, more cash, bonus glue gunner"
a free monkey of either glue or dart (only one can be picked per game) and a extra 200$ goes a long way
i was just saying i just started playing the game, until i buy them all it would take time.
i was just asking the better ones to buy first, that's all
