It just takes away difficulty makes the game basically a idle game since there is zero challenge with double cash

mainly makes for easier grinding collection events and getting black borders (doing the easy modes faster)

Its disabled in chimps mode so you still need skill....

i bought it cause i like to get money faster and upgrade towers quicker i see it as worth it imo if you play a lot

As someone who owns double cash mode & toggles it on & off often, It has the purpose to make brainless grinds more brainless. It 100% makes the game much easier as I dont even need the use of farms in a normal run. An example is farming basic non-chimps medals, I know I can beat majority of every beginner map with just 3 towers & double cash mode lets me get the setup without eco management so I can idle while it runs. Its an optional difficulty modifier which can be toggled anytime. If you just want to grind the medals & achievements, it certainly helps make it quicker, If you want to enjoy the game & keep it fun, you dont need double cash mode.

Double cash helps you a lot :) But dont expect it to beat every game for you :P You still need to build the right towers and upgrades :)

i felt like it was handled better in BTD5 where you could obtain double cash via monkey money.
