What Is Currently The Fastest Way To Farm Sapper?

So I'm farming all my steam achievements, I'm a little over 100 games down and have about 55 left with some needing only a few.

Bloons will be done in December, but I'd rather now just log in daily until then for the chest and quest.

I have "100 odyssey, both dailies, 100 insta monkey + tier 5" and "sapper" left.

I see strategies on YouTube that tell me to just deep run until the game kills me from lag in the 300+s, which will apparently take ~70ish hours.

Is there really no faster strategy I can use right now? With 350 hours playtime I'm at 24% completion...
