Deflag Account?
Hello, people!

I was playing the game (offline) using mods, I was using the "3 path mod", also "enchantment" kinda mod, after some time I was happily about to play with my friend and got a message sayin' I was banned or something.

Is there a way to deal with that?
Thank you in advance.

No, he is right in the sense that modding is seen as cheating, it's just another form of it. Similar how scripts, editing, hacking etc. are cheats, just how modding is.

Just read through this article here:
https://support.ninjakiwi.com/hc/en-us/articles/8174850681745-Account-Flagged-for-Hacking

In short: they stopped unflagging accounts and on the rare off-chance that you got flagged due some other reasons, like unclean save files, etc. you can contact them normally and they will fix it.

But modding and co will not be tolerated anymore, it seems like. It was different like half a year ago, where they gave people a second chance. It's now over.

I'll try to create another account then,
Use that "flagged" account to play with mods,
and another one to play without them.
im pretty sure you can ask nk to be unflagged

uninstall mods completely, uninstall, restart pc, reinstall, don't have cheat software or websites open

So you cheated?

I got frustrated and cheated on a race once, sent a message to support apologising and got unflagged and I'm not risking cheating again.
Send a message and you'll prolly get unbanned and just be careful with the mods.

About time someone realizes how to "properly" play with mods.

Quote me twice, because you weren't wrong enough the first time.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I mean, maybe the mods helped turning the game easier?
I didn't feel cheating, cause I was playing offline.

To be honest, I don't want to be unflaged anymore, seems quite fair to have a banned modded account, I've made a new one that's vanilla, and I'm having fun with both of them.
Thank you guys for your responses

Haha cool call out the first time, but why say the same thing 2 hours later when he hadn't replied? Please enlighten me on where you think I was so wrong. That argument makes 0 sense.

What are you saying no to? Your phrasing directly implies that I was wrong and he was right.

It doesn't matter what it does. Even the modloader by itself is cheating. You may also want to research how Steam (or other platforms) handles cheating. It varies from game to game, but there is possibility of bans effecting more than just the one game. You risk more doing it on a platform than with a standalone app. Steam is especially intrusive. Its highly advised not to use steam on another person's pc because your account can be flagged by logging in from a flagged IP. Google before you cheat so you know what you're getting into. Take care.

Well, obviously it will look like the phrasing implies something else if you are cutting out the important parts.

In fact: your reading comprehension is quite bad.
Let me help you out: Who did I quote? I quoted you.
What was your message about? Claiming someone else was unable to read or comprehend the topic (they did)

It was him (Hill) asking a simple question and then confirming it himself. Did you miss out the question mark in his first post?

I thought you didn't understood that at all so I explained why he got to that conclusion:

No, he is right in the sense that modding is seen as cheating, it's just another form of it. Similar how scripts, editing, hacking etc. are cheats, just how modding is.

The rest of my answer was directed to the thread creator, telling him the state of flagging, how NinjaKiwi deals with it and their stance towards modding and co.

But you have proven me wrong: you actually jump to conclusions quite easily.
