best strategy against vortex?

It has 2mil hp on t5 normal mode and leaves the exit in 5-6 rounds compared to 15-20 of bloonarius and dreadbloon. do i just spam dps towers or do i really need a paragon for normal mode? Its a fun challenge but i have no idea how to counter its speed other than insta nuking it with abillity spam and i just dont feel like doing that. i beat t4 and got down to 30-40% on t5 with a couple t5 towers. figured that was enough but nope, it needs more :/

Edit: finally beat it. used sub commander and plasma fan club + some other t5 dps towers and it worked. Sry if whined but really these normal bosses are by no means normal in difficulty. i would expect this kind of difficulty in elite mode but this is just crazy. id say its up there with that oddyssey 1-2 months back where you had DDT´s at round 20-ish .

a paragon is achievable with this round of vortex, esp dart monkey's paragon assuming you don't clear any of the trees. i made use of a sub commander+pre-emptive strike to help deal with the upper round of MOABs that come zipping out.

i didnt use monkeyopolis compacting or any stalling. i relied only on 2-0-0 farms to get an elite defender before 40 and then used a load of 0-2-2 until i got away with a monkey wall street around 90-100. i suppose im too lazy to farm but i did not think i had to resort to top tier farming strategies in order to beat normal, so i kept failing but somehow made it after like 5 tries(lost around 100-ish a lot because not enough dps).
