Collection event tips?

Ive been just playing expert maps ( with bonus totems ) on standard , i was wondering if the other modes such as impoppable or half money more and similar would let me get more totems for the event or am i better off just doing what ive been doing?

i usualy just do the hardest maps on 40 round mode {on whatever map the bonus is on obviously} its slow and boring but its so much less hassle as once u get a defence u can just have it in the background while u watch utube or whatever

Always do the map that has bonus totems. Most bang for your buck may be impoppable on whatever level of difficulty map you're most comfortable going afk in (depending on what level that is). Usually I find that I can set up a decent bottom-path bunch of farms until round 40, and then click out to another window to do whatever and click back in to upgrade towers every few rounds or so. As long as you leave sound on, it's really easy to determine if your defences are good or if you need to jump back in and beef them up by sound. You also get an insta out of doing an impoppable map every time, so if you're doing the event for instas and not just to get the diamond crate achievement and stop, this will definetly speed up your insta aquisition. Going AFK in impoppable does mean you always want to have a spactory at the end of your map to catch any leakage though (you only get 1 life in impoppable), if you're not used to AFKing impoppable I would recommend starting with something more like watching a youtube video with half your screen and leaving the game visible with the other half instead of a full afk.

That said, I personally use collection events as motivation to grind out medals on each map that I haven't done yet. I just go for whatever map has bonus totems, check what gamemodes I haven't done, do the highest payout difficulty one that I haven't done before, whatever that may be. If I see the bonus totems are on something I've already black bordered, I check where the bonus totems are on another difficulty level instead.
