I have a account but reinstall cleared everything
i reinstalled game to install new HD and lost all progress etc same steam ID same email etc
is this common? no way am i playing to unlock commanders and maps again . rather not use trainers or something . but what a POS i contacted support 1 week ago and no response . is there any simple fixes

Did you ever set up a Ninja Kiwi account in-game?
The game does not support Steam Cloud.

Instead, it uses its own cloud, via a Ninja Kiwi account.

If you still have the old disk drive with the contents available, try checking your Bloons TD6 folder.

The profile information is kept in Steam\userdata\<your Steam user ID#>\960090\local\link\PRODUCTION\current

Move everything from that folder to the same equivalent folder in your new disk drive.

If that does not work, unfortunately you will have to restart again.

Contact NK support, if you remember its info they'll try to locate the account and give a log-in code for it for you.
