need help reverting somthing

I a 15 year old person (turning 16) i tried to mod BTD6 well more accurate i tried to download mods (yes from trusted websites and yes i had melon loader) I tried i gave up.. i tried and i gave up again then this time I tried i gave up BUT for some reason now i cant get into Normal BTD6 but I noticed somthing was missing when i deleted melon loader the PLUGIN folder just yaknow POOF and i dont know what i can do to get it back i even tried to Delete the game and reinstall it I need help i dont know what to do when i try to play BTD6 this is what pops up the top says INTERNAL FAILURE and the middle says big red X and it says this word for word Failed to initalize: Failed to find bootstrap.
What do i do ??? i dont know what to do is there even somthing I CAN do is there a copy of the bootstrap or can somone send me there copy of the btd6 folder for STEAM if you agree i think the folder goes like this program files x86 (idk why the number is 86 but its 86 for me so) Steam --> Steamapps --> Commen --> and then choose the file that says btd6 and please copy the folder and just copy it to this Steam disscusion it would be highly appercated all i really need is the bootstrap so yeah never mind just copy and paste the bootstrap in this discussion it would be HIGHLY appreciated thank you.

btw, i came up with a solution that instantly worked for me. go into properties of BTD6 through steam, go to local files and then press BROWSE. then it openes all of youre btd6 current files. remove all of the files and empty the recycle bin. now uninstall and reinstall the game and it should work. about your game progress. if you saved your progress in ninja kiwi's account, you can restore all of your progress. if not, i would contact ninja kiwi themselves, they should revive your account and give you the option to save your account to open it even on mobile. have a nice day

verify integrity of the game files

right click on bloons in your steam library and select properties
select local files
click on the verify files on the bottom.

this will scan through your games files and repair damaged files and replace missing ones

note this might break your modding progress but it should get the game running again

If you still need help...
I had the same issue and reinstalling and all didnt work for me for some reson. You have to get rid of the whole melon thing. There should be 5 files that you have to remove.

Plugins
Mods
MelonLoader
dobby.dll
version.dll

delete them and your game should be running now. If you still want to get some mods you have to reinstall melon and the mod loader but this time dont delete the plugin file.

this happened to me and I actually have the solution. note that this only works if progress is saved to ninja kiwi acc. All you need to do is right click on btd6-->manage-->browse local files-->select all of the files then delete them-->on steam it still shows installed but now manually uninstall it-->reinstall it and launch-->sign in and then it works

go to the game on steam and right click btd6 -> properties -> remove all launch options
If that doesn't fix it, then you actually changed game data and will need a fresh install again.

If you need the fresh install, or you open the game and get 'modded client detected'
you will need to uninstall btd6 -> restarted pc -> reinstall btd6 -> don't have any cheat software/websites open while running the game (even if they're for other games)


and yea, it IS a skill issue. Bad modding skill. =) Hes young, hes learning.

when you mean all launch option do you mean the check boxes in general because i tried that and it didn't work
